The call to action in support of the Gendered Conference Campaign
To raise an awareness about mostly funded keynote speakers being males and to intitiate a change, Mark Lance & Eric Schliesser created a call to action in New APPS. If you find it a bit boring and disheartening to see every year the same senior male keynote speakers in the conferences, as if screaming to the female young researchers “we are closed for any bit of a change” please go and sign the petition here.
